Full-Time

Using AutoCAD to create 2D and 3D models of architectural designs, including geometric dimensions and tolerances.
Collaborating with engineers and designers to review and modify designs, ensuring they meet technical specifications and standards.
Performing calculations and simulations to validate the design, ensuring it meets performance and safety requirements.
Creating bills of materials and assembly instructions for the manufacturing and construction of architectural parts and equipment.

Conducting quality control checks on designs to identify and resolve any errors or inconsistencies.
Maintaining and updating AutoCAD drawings and models to reflect changes in design or manufacturing processes.
Working closely with production and manufacturing teams to ensure that designs are accurately translated into physical products.
Keeping up to date with the latest AutoCAD and techniques to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Bachelor's or Associate degree from related departments of Architecture, Engineering or Technical Drawing.
2-3 years of professional experience in a design studio and a portfolio of high-level projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of SketchUp or Autodesk 3ds Max is an advantage.
Knowledge of 3ds Max, Vray, Corona or Lumion is an advantage.
Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to checking for errors.

Ability to work alongside other professional teams on site.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
A dedicated approach, considering every design detail.
Driven and motivated to learn and progress.
Ability to think ahead, anticipate problems and opportunities, and find solutions.
