Job Description

Collaborate with the design team to develop the concept for the architectural space.
Existing experience of Residential design (Medium/large-scale preferred).
Have excellent design capabilities and portfolio to match.
'Big-practice' experience would be advantaegoues. An awareness of the day-to-day operations in this environment

Prepare all project documentation, including schedules and specifications of free issue items.
Provide administrative and architectural support across different work stages.
Visit sites to conduct surveys and ensure that design details are being carried out correctly.
Manage the deliveries and installations of architectural elements.
Manage design changes and resolve any problems that arise during construction.

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
3-5 years of professional experience in a design studio and a portfolio of high-level projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of SketchUp or Autodesk 3ds Max is an advantage.
Knowledge of 3ds Max, Vray, Corona or Lumion is an advantage.
Knowledge of current building regulations and technical/construction details.
Advanced English Reading, Writing and Speaking skills.
Experience in producing detailed design packages for tender.
Excellent spatial planning skills.
Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to checking for errors.

Extensive experience in managing contractors and trades.
Ability to work alongside other professional teams on site.
A conscientious creative who pushes conceptual design and develops new ideas.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
A dedicated approach, considering every design detail.
Driven and motivated to learn and progress.
Ability to think ahead, anticipate problems and opportunities, and find solutions.
