Job Description

Collaborate with the Interior Design team to develop the concept for the architectural space.
Produce detailed drawing packages for lighting, joinery, kitchens and bathrooms.
Prepare all project documentation, including schedules and specifications of free issue items.
Provide administrative and architectural support across different work stages.

Visit sites to conduct surveys and ensure that design details are being carried out correctly.
Manage the deliveries and installations of interior architectural elements.
Assist with the design of bespoke furniture items.
Manage design changes and resolve any problems that arise during construction.

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture.
3-5 years of professional experience in a design studio and a portfolio of high-level projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of SketchUp or Autodesk 3ds Max is an advantage.
Knowledge of 3ds Max, Vray, Corona or Lumion is an advantage.
Knowledge of current building regulations and technical/construction details.
Advanced English Reading, Writing and Speaking skills.
Experience in producing detailed design packages for tender.
Excellent spatial planning skills.

Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to checking for errors.
Extensive experience in managing contractors and trades.
Ability to work alongside other professional teams on site.

Having no travel restrictions
