JCC-DISASTER COORDINATION CENTER, Erbil
General Information: The JCC-DISASTER COORDINATION CENTER, designed by Kuca Design, is one of the most advanced coordination centers in Erbil. This project was developed to meet all the technical and aesthetic requirements necessary for emergency management and disaster coordination. The space, where modern functionality meets aesthetics, is organized to support quick and effective decision-making processes during crises.
Atmosphere, Color Palette, and Concept: The center's atmosphere was designed with a minimalist approach to create a calm and focused working environment. The color palette is dominated by shades of gray, enriched with wood details that emphasize naturalness and professionalism. The concept aimed to create a layout and technological integration that enhances efficiency at both the executive and operational levels.
Rooms:
Meeting Room:
This meeting room is designed as a place where critical decisions are made. It is equipped with modern and elegant furniture, high-resolution screens, and acoustic panels. The simple color palette was chosen to allow decision-makers to work efficiently without distractions. The wooden table and gray-toned chairs add warmth to the space while maintaining its seriousness.
Open Office Area:
The open office area is designed to accommodate a large number of participants simultaneously. By leaving sufficient space between workstations, the environment is suitable for both individual and team work. This area, where black and gray colors are balanced with wooden surfaces, aims to enhance focus and collaboration among employees.
Meeting and Training Area:
This area is designed for trainings and large meetings. Rooms separated by transparent glass partitions add openness to the space while allowing different functions to be carried out simultaneously. The large table and ergonomic chairs were carefully selected for comfort and functionality.
