The SBS Marin Office Project, located in Tuzla, Istanbul, is a modern office space specifically designed to meet the needs of companies in the maritime sector. Initially a 70 m² empty space, the office was transformed into a 100 m² two-level functional working environment with the addition of a mezzanine. The project combines industrial design elements with warm and modern interiors, aiming to create an aesthetically pleasing and efficient workspace. Key features include large glass surfaces, a focus on natural light, and the use of durable, high-quality materials.

This space serves as the main management office, designed with privacy and transparency in mind. The use of large glass surfaces ensures an abundance of natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The executive desk combines wood and metal elements, offering a professional and prestigious setting. Minimalist decor and dark tones on the furniture and walls enhance the room's elegance, while open shelving units provide storage and decorative opportunities.

The entrance features a modern reception desk and a cozy waiting area, designed to create a welcoming first impression for visitors. The industrial ceiling structure, along with warm lighting and modern furniture, sets the tone for the entire office. The strategic placement of decorative elements and plants further enriches the visual appeal.

The lower floor is designed as a collaborative workspace for up to six employees. The desks are arranged to maximize space while maintaining an open layout. Glass partitions offer privacy without obstructing visibility, fostering teamwork and communication. The modern furniture and minimalistic decor are paired with plant accents, enhancing employee comfort and productivity.

The meeting space is integrated into the open-plan layout, featuring a large central table and ergonomic chairs. Neutral tones dominate the area, while the inclusion of wood accents adds warmth and style. The space is designed to accommodate formal discussions and collaborative brainstorming sessions, providing a versatile meeting environment.

A dedicated two-person accounting office is located on the lower floor. Ergonomically designed desks and functional storage units ensure a comfortable and organized workspace. The use of neutral tones and simple decor creates a professional yet calming atmosphere.
