Job Description

Mid-management level.
Lead projects and project management team.
Team management.
Assess and improve technical and commercial performance of the projects.
Following the manufacturing processes for design products.
Coordinate with team to minimize cost and sustain allocated budget of the projects.
Verify possible uncertainties with team on projects in order to minimize the risks to avoid or reduce liquidated damage, to create opportunities.

Reach and report Project documents and be accountable for sales, sales forecast, margin, on-time delivery, invoicing and cash collection of assigned projects.
Ensure project management activities bring maximum customer satisfaction.
Maintain communication with all departments of the unit, drive actions and recovery plans, collaborate for priority setting considering the overall situation.
Build and develop long-term relationships and effective communication with customers, consultant and contractors at site. Maintain contact with key customers at senior level to ensure business reputation is maintained effectively.

Master's or Bachelor's degree in related fields.
10 years of professional experience in a design studio and a portfolio of high-level projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of SketchUp or Autodesk 3ds Max is an advantage.
Knowledge of 3ds Max, Vray, Corona or Lumion is an advantage.
Knowledge of current building regulations and technical/construction details.
Advanced English Reading, Writing and Speaking skills.
Experience in producing detailed design packages for tender.
Excellent spatial planning skills.
Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to checking for errors.

Extensive experience in managing contractors and trades.
Ability to work alongside other professional teams on site.
A conscientious creative who pushes conceptual design and develops new ideas.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
A dedicated approach, considering every design detail.
Driven and motivated to learn and progress.
Ability to think ahead, anticipate problems and opportunities, and find solutions.
Having no travel restrictions.
